- Your IC (to get the name and number exactly right)
- An email address and mobile phone that you use yourself
- Your own bank account details, to add later
Steps
- Open the official form. Click Register on our site. The Public Gold registration form opens with introducer code PG00111755 already filled in.
- Enter your name as per IC. Write your full name exactly as on your IC, including Bin, Binti, A/L or A/P. The official form warns that a mismatched name can get your profile verification rejected.
- One IC, one account. Each IC number can only be registered to one Public Gold account. If you signed up before, log in to that account instead.
- Read the terms and privacy notice. Tick your agreement to Public Gold's Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Your application is subject to Public Gold's approval.
- Verify the account. A verification code is sent straight to you. Enter it yourself and never give it to anyone, including us.
- Log in. Log in on the official Public Gold website or the Public Gold app on Google Play and the App Store.
- Complete your profile and bank details. A complete profile makes the next steps easier, such as receiving sale proceeds and applying for Ar-Rahnu.
Good to know
Our site has no form and never asks for a photo of your IC. Everything is entered directly in Public Gold's form, and payments go straight to Public Gold.
